KR Assistant
Built by KR Web Solution
Hi. I can answer quick questions about what we build, how we work and how long things take. For anything about cost or scope, the honest answer is a short call - I'll hand you over.
Common questions
This assistant is a live demo of the automation we build. It answers from a fixed FAQ set - it does not quote prices.
About us
KR Web Solution is a software development company in Salem, Tamil Nadu. We design, build and maintain the systems businesses and institutions run on every day.

Why we exist
Most businesses end up with one of two things. Either an off-the-shelf product that almost fits, worked around with three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Or a website-shop build that looked fine at handover and became impossible to extend by year two.
Neither is a technology problem. Both come from starting with the software instead of the work. So we start the other way: sit with the people doing the job, map what actually happens including the exceptions nobody documented, and only then design the data model and the screens.
The engineering follows from that. We build on a modern, strong foundation - chosen per project rather than a fixed house stack - because what matters is that it holds up when the system grows past the brief, which it always does. We're equally willing to work inside older systems you already depend on: keeping them running, extending them, and modernising them in phases rather than insisting on a rewrite. And at handover you get all of it. Source code, database, deployment configuration. If you ever want another team to take over, nothing stops you.
Our approach
The sequence matters. Skipping discovery is the single most reliable way to end up rebuilding.
We sit with the people who do the work and map the real process - including the exceptions and the workarounds. This is where scope gets decided honestly, before anyone has committed to anything.
Data model first, then screens. We show you the actual interface for the flows you use most, and change it while changing it is still cheap.
Shipped in phases, with a working environment you can log into from early on. You see progress on the real system, not in a status report.
Containerised deployment, HTTPS, automated backups and a tested restore. Data migration is verified against your own records before cutover, never after.
A defined support window after go-live, training per role, and a change budget for the adjustments every system needs once real users get their hands on it.
Engineering foundation
We don't market a fixed house stack - the right tools depend on your project and on what you already run. These properties don't change, whichever we pick.
Typed, documented APIs
Bad data rejected at the boundary, not three tables deep
Transactional data integrity
Accounts that reconcile because they structurally must
Fast, indexable interfaces
Quick on mid-range phones, visible to search engines
Containerised deployment
Identical environments from laptop to production
Zero-downtime releases
Shipping a fix never takes the counter offline
Cloud, on-premise or both
Deployed wherever your data policy points
How we work
Source, database and deployment config at handover. No licence lock-in, no code held back.
During business hours, to enquiries and to support requests from live clients.
Itemised, module by module, with what's excluded stated as plainly as what's included.
When an off-the-shelf product or a simpler fix is the better answer, that's what you'll hear.

The founder
There's no account manager relaying messages between you and the work - that's the main reason things get fixed the same day.
