KR Assistant
Built by KR Web Solution
Hi. I can answer quick questions about what we build, how we work and how long things take. For anything about cost or scope, the honest answer is a short call - I'll hand you over.
Common questions
This assistant is a live demo of the automation we build. It answers from a fixed FAQ set - it does not quote prices.
ERP & Business Management Systems
Most ERP failures aren't technical. They happen because the business is forced to change its process to fit the software. We do it the other way round - map how you work first, then build the system to match.

The problem
Every ERP project we've delivered started with some version of this list.
Stock in one file, receivables in another, a third one only your accountant understands. One person leaves and the process leaves with them.
A bill goes out, stock doesn't move. Month-end becomes a reconciliation exercise instead of a report you can act on.
You find out about the stock-out, the overdue payment or the idle machine days after it mattered, because the number lives in someone's notebook.
Per-user fees that climb every year, a feature you need that's on someone else's roadmap, and data you can't easily get back out.
Modules
Every module shares one database and one login, so a bill raised at the counter updates stock, accounts and the dashboard in the same second.
Industries
Production planning, raw material consumption, job work and finished-goods stock.
Counter billing, multi-branch stock, distributor schemes and route-wise sales.
Lot and shade tracking, unit conversions, job work stages and wastage accounting.
Room and table inventory, F&B billing, banquet bookings and daily revenue reporting.
Fees, staff, procurement and hostel or transport operations under one system.
The real decision
This is a trade-off, not a sales pitch. Off-the-shelf is genuinely the right call for some businesses - usually the ones whose process is already standard. Here's how the two compare on the things that decide it.
| Criterion | Custom software | Off-the-shelf product |
|---|---|---|
| Fit to your workflow | Built to your process. The odd step that makes your business work stays in. | Your process bends to the product. Anything unusual becomes a workaround. |
| Cost shape over time | Weighted to the build. Ongoing cost is hosting and the support you choose to keep. | Lower to start, then recurring per-user fees that grow with your headcount. |
| Time to first use | Weeks, phased - the first module ships before the rest is finished. | Days. Hard to beat if your process fits the product as-is. |
| Code & data ownership | Yours at handover - source, database and deployment config. | Vendor's. You own your data, usually via export, and nothing else. |
| Customisation limits | No ceiling. New requirement, new module. | Whatever the vendor's roadmap allows, on the vendor's timeline. |
| Integrations | Built for whatever you already run - hardware, gateways, portals, old databases. | A fixed connector list. Anything outside it needs middleware or manual entry. |
| Support | The team that built it. They know why every decision was made. | A ticket queue, with response times set by your subscription tier. |
If your process is genuinely standard, take the off-the-shelf product - we'll tell you so on the call. Custom earns its keep when the way you work is part of why you win.
Talk to usERP questions
If your operation looks like everyone else's in your sector, buy the product - it'll be live in days and it'll be fine. Custom pays off when your process has real quirks, when per-user fees are becoming a line item you notice, or when the product can't be pushed any further. On the discovery call we'll say plainly which side you fall on.
We ship in phases. The module that hurts most - usually billing and inventory - goes live first, typically in 4 to 8 weeks. Additional modules follow while the first is already in use, so the business gets value before the full system is complete.
Yes. Tally exports, Excel sheets, an old desktop package's database - we've pulled data from all of them. We clean it, map it, run a trial migration you verify against your own records, and only then cut over.
Two options. We replace it, migrating the history across, or we integrate with it and leave it in place while the rest of the ERP builds up around it. Which one makes sense depends on how much your team depends on it day to day.
Your choice - a cloud provider, a managed server, or your own on-premise hardware if your data policy requires it. We package deployments so the system runs identically wherever it sits, which means moving between them later is a migration rather than a rebuild.
A defined support window with agreed response times, plus a change budget for the adjustments every system needs in its first months. If you'd rather run it in-house, we hand over documentation and train your team instead.
Book a discovery call. We'll walk your current process, tell you which modules you actually need, and put a scoped, itemised proposal in writing.
Tell us what your business does and where the process breaks. We'll tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer - and what it would take to build it.
No obligation. We reply within 2 hours during business hours.
