KR Assistant
Built by KR Web Solution
Hi. I can answer quick questions about what we build, how we work and how long things take. For anything about cost or scope, the honest answer is a short call - I'll hand you over.
Common questions
This assistant is a live demo of the automation we build. It answers from a fixed FAQ set - it does not quote prices.
Legal
These terms cover use of this website and set out the basis on which we take on project work. A signed project agreement always overrides anything here.
Plain-language draft. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer - that review is scheduled before the site starts handling client data at volume.
This website is operated by KR Web Solution, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Where we sign a separate proposal or agreement with you for a project, that document governs the work and takes precedence over anything on this page.
We keep the content here accurate, but it's provided for general information. Descriptions of services, timelines and capabilities are indicative - what applies to your project is what's written in your proposal.
This site does not publish prices. Any figure relating to cost comes only from a written proposal issued after a discovery call.
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. A project starts when we've issued a written proposal and you've accepted it.
Proposals are itemised by module with scope, timeline and exclusions stated. They're valid for the period noted on the proposal.
On full payment, ownership of the custom source code, database schema and deployment configuration built for your project transfers to you.
Open-source components remain under their own licences, and our pre-existing internal libraries and tools stay ours - you get a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered system.
The KR Web Solution name, logo and the content of this website remain ours.
Providing accurate information about your process, timely access to systems and data we need to integrate with, and review and sign-off at the points the plan sets out.
Delays in access or sign-off move the timeline. We'll flag that at the time rather than at the end.
We warrant that delivered work will materially perform as described in the proposal. Defects reported within the warranty period stated there are fixed at no charge.
That warranty doesn't extend to problems caused by changes made by others, third-party service failures, or use outside what was scoped.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit or lost data where backups were available.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
